Code Electric, Inc. is a family-owned and operated electrical contracting company proudly based in Marquette, Michigan. Since opening our doors in 1982, we have treated every customer like a valued member of our extended family. Code Electric, Inc. was founded in 1982 by husband and wife Dan Audette and Deb Audette. Over the decades, the company has proudly provided reliable electrical services to more than 7,000 residential, commercial, and industrial customers throughout the Marquette area, earning a strong reputation for professionalism and customer satisfaction.

In February 2015, the next generation proudly continued the family tradition when Dan and Deb’s son and daughter, Dan Audette Jr. and Diana Rautio, assumed leadership of the company.

Dan Audette Jr. serves as President and Electrical Foreman. Having been with Code Electric since 1996, Dan brings extensive hands-on experience in service work, troubleshooting, design/build projects, estimating, and overall project management. His leadership ensures that every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Diana Rautio serves as Vice President and Office Manager. Working alongside Deb in the office since 2000, Diana oversees scheduling, invoicing, payments, and customer communication. She is dedicated to ensuring a smooth, responsive, and professional experience for every customer from start to finish.
